Practical Topics in Investment Management is a course offered at the University of California Berkeley Hass School of Business that explores the everyday application of investment theory in the real world.  The course is taught by Michael Hanson, author of five books and research manager at Fisher Investments, an independent investment adviser founded in 1979.
